Big news: We traded the studio for the engine room! πŸš€

From Vivia to Vivid

Hello Reader,

I wanted to share a quick, exciting evolution happening behind the scenes here.

When I first launched Vivia Studios, I loved the name. But out in the wild, "Studios" made everyone think I designed event brochures or styled gala tables.

(Love a good gala, but definitely not my current zone!)

My true happy place is rolling up my sleeves to overhaul messy CRMs and build the backend infrastructure that keeps fundraising teams from drowning.

To clear up that confusion and step into boardrooms with total clarity, Vivia Studios is officially Vivid Operational Advisors.

The breakdown is simple:

  • Operational Advisors lets COOs and board trustees know exactly how we help them scale from day one. No translation code needed.
  • Vivid keeps the warmth, high energy, and personality you already know. We are officially banishing flavorless corporate-gray sludge.

The look is new, but our heart and our niche haven’t shifted an inch. We are still your fundraising infrastructure partner; just with a name that matches the true scale of what we deliver.

I’d love to catch up soon and hear what you think!

Warmly,

Founder, Vivid Operational Advisors

What We Build

Every system we build is the infrastructure underneath your fundraising; the thing that has to be working before the annual fund can grow or the campaign can close.

  • People own the work
  • Tools run the work
  • Guides document the work

How we Partner

If you know a leader currently holding the revenue bag alone due to high turnover, a new strategic plan, or a leadership transition, I’d love an introduction. We lead with a transparent, risk-free $2,000 diagnostic to make recommending us incredibly easy.

July Adventures

Catching up with our regional East Coast network on the ground at AFP New Orleans on July 16 (where I’m presenting on AI workflows) and onsite in Tallahassee with our friends at the Florida Bankers Association!

Headed to Baton Rouge

I’m packing my bags for AFP New Orleans! You can find me co-sponsoring an interactive exhibit booth with Kassie Cosgrove (complete with a Pixar portrait generator activation) or at the podium presenting "The Drift: A Friday AI Ritual for Fundraisers".

Onsite in Tallahassee

I will also be on the ground in Tallahassee this month for an onsite engagement. If you have any peer executives or board trustees in the area navigating an inflection point, let me know so I can carve out space to meet them while traveling.
