The Almanac's Next Steps

Hello Reader,

You have been with me through both of these, so I will keep this one short and direct.

The pattern across all 86 responses is the same.

  • The delivery core holds.
  • Growth is delayed, not lost.
  • And the one function that never got built on purpose, the operational layer underneath the practice, is the one thing standing between steady and flourishing.

I am not writing to pitch you anything. I am asking a real question.

If you had thirty minutes and someone who does this daily, what is the one operational thing in your practice you would want a second set of eyes on?

Reply and tell me. I read every one of these myself. If it turns into a short conversation, good. If it does not, I will catch you next time.

With gratitude,
Erin Peshoff, Founder
Partner with Vivid
